Kantara Initiative - Advanced Notice & Consent Receipt - ANCR-WG Charter
(1) WG NAME (and any acronym or abbreviation of the name):
Advanced Notice and Consent Receipt Work Group
ANCR WG
(2) PURPOSE:
Continuing the Notice and Consent Receipt work at Kantara, contribute to the on-going work in the field. In accordance with Kantara Operating Procedures promote consent notice receipt as an international tool for human, legal and decentralised identity governance and interoperability.
(3) SCOPE:
The notice and consent receipt work expands on consent record purpose specification information structure in the Consent Receipt v1.1.
Contributing the consent notice receipt v1.2 work effort(s) specified in the V1.2 Report prepared in July. Contributing towards the global ISO 27560 standard for enabling proof of notice and consent for trust (privacy assurance) in identity permission frameworks.
(4) DRAFT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: List Working Titles of draft Technical Specifications to be produced (if any), projected completion dates, and the Standards Setting Organization(s) to which they will be submitted upon approval by the Membership.

(8) DURATION: Objective criteria for determining when the work of the WG has been completed (or a statement that the WG is intended to be a standing WG to address work that is expected to be ongoing).
Objective criteria is to complete consent receipt works with the ISO 27560 standards development cycle for the consent receipt structure works. (no estimate yet)

appended items for the v1.2 will be listed in project GitHub and addressed on call
proposal for additional items will be accepted via use case, commented on added to spec roadmap to be first appended then included in the v2 spec
(9) IPR POLICY: The Organization approved Intellectual Property Rights Policy under which the WG will operate.

(10) RELATED WORK AND LIAISONS: Related work being done in other WGs or other organizations and any proposed liaison with those other WGs or organizations.
Related to the AdvCIS liaison efforts in the Notice and Consent Task force at ToiP, liaisons at DIACC, ISO BOT Liaison, aNG liaison, and W3C DPV. With more liaisons expected. Previous activities developed through liaison activities in the Kantara CIS WG. (now archived)

Open Consent: AdvCIS project + NGI PaE Consent Gateway Project, contribute the Notice and Consent Receipt v 1.2 as the next draft candidate, to start the effort. Comments and Github - Picked up
